Who doesn’t love french toast sticks? Well, guess what? You can have french toast/french toast sticks as a vegan. No need for eggs. I eyeball my recipes, so I apologize that I don’t have exact measurements. If you’re making french toast sticks cut a slice of bread into 3 slices vertically.
Firstly, to make the batter add flour, water, a pinch of cinnamon, sugar, and a tad bit of baking powder. Add flour or water if the batter doesn’t look thick or thin enough.
Then, I cover the bread in the batter. Lastly, I put vegan butter on a skillet and “fry” the french toast.
